Once your order is received into our warehouse, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery to your convenience but subjected to available delivery slots. Our delivery will be from Monday to Saturday 11am to 3pm or 3pm to 6pm.
For orders above $100 the delivery will be free.
The disposal service applies only to like-for-like items (eg: the delivery of your new mattress and disposal of your old mattress).Please ensure the disposal items will fit in the lift and also must be free from termites and bed bugs.

On delivery, customer or 3rd party whom appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s).Any damage or defect must be report within 24 hour. You need to email us at email@example.com and provide a detailed description of fault and photos/videos showing the damage. The Seller reserves the right not to entertain any complaints on visual defects which were received after the stipulated time frame. We will reply within 3 working days. All replacement of items will depend on next available shipment. Absolute Bedding reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All full refund due to defects will be refunded as follows: Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refund Amount(S$)
Customer may reschedule the delivery with no additional charges with minimum notice of 3 working days (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm) before the delivery date. For rescheduling of delivery within 3 working days before agreed delivery, Absolute Bedding will charge a transport fees $80.

All products are qualify for a return except for the following:
- Customised products
- Clearance set
- Products that are not in its new and original unopened condition
- Products that have been removed from their original packing ,used,stain,torn,washed,discoloured,dented,damage or with traces of fragrance or odours.
Products should be unused ,undamaged and with its original packing.Absolute Bedding have the right to decide whether the items is suitable for return or not.
- This warranty does not apply if your Absolute Bedding furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
- This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear , or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.
- The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors.
Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by Absolute Bedding will void this limited warranty.
